Scorpion Ghost is a fermented blend of Ghost peppers, Scorpion peppers, Red Chili peppers, Garlic, Onion, Vinegar, and Salt.

Heat level: Medium Hot

Scorpion Ghost is our hottest sauce to date. Scorpion Ghost has a great overall flavor, the garlic and onion mixture in Scorpion Ghost pairs exceptionally well with the hot peppers. Scorpion Ghost has more heat than our other sauces, but its not too overbearing, we still have a major focus on flavor with this blend. Don’t be scared to try Scorpion Ghost!

When we make sauce, we focus on balancing heat and flavor together because we believe it yields a more desiring outcome. With that being said, some of our sauces are hotter than others.
